One AI system to run prospecting and marketing
A wealth management firm wanted to automate part of its sales and marketing operations, and have them work together rather than in silos. We designed an AIOS: a system in which several specialised AI agents collaborate, with human intervention when needed.

Context
In wealth management, the client relationship is at the heart of the business. But before the relationship comes a lot of groundwork: finding prospects, qualifying them, following up over time, and regularly publishing content that demonstrates the firm’s expertise.
For confidentiality reasons, this client remains anonymous.
The challenge
These tasks are numerous and interconnected: published content feeds prospecting, qualification shapes follow-up. Automating them one by one with separate tools would have multiplied gaps and duplicate data entry.
The goal: automate part of these operations while orchestrating the different processes within a single system.
Our approach
Rather than a single assistant doing everything, we designed a team of specialised agents. Each masters one task, and all share the same context, like a team working on the same file.
What we built
The data foundation
We structured the information needed by the different workflows, so each agent accesses the relevant context and handles each step with the right data.
The AI layer
We designed a multi-agent AIOS in which agents collaborate and pass on the information needed to execute workflows.
On the sales side: prospecting, qualification, scoring (assessing each prospect’s potential) and nurturing (maintaining the relationship over time).
On the marketing side: article creation, SEO/GEO optimisation and social media content creation.
The architecture chains several tasks together and lets agents collaborate within a single process. A person steps in when needed.
Results
The firm has an AI architecture that orchestrates its sales and marketing processes within a single system.
Tasks are no longer handled in isolation: they flow into each other, sharing the same information, with human supervision where it matters.
